MRI Review / Shoulder Opinion

Thank you for your interest in making an appointment with Dr. Press. To ensure you receive the best possible care for your shoulder condition, we offer a complimentary review of your MRIs and other imaging studies. Once your imaging studies have been reviewed and it has been determined that you are a possible candidate for treatment, you will undergo a physical examination after which an accurate diagnosis will be provided.

If you wish to avail this facility, please mail the following to our office:

  • The discs/CDs, films, and the reports of your X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, or other imaging studies.
  • Any additional information regarding your shoulder such as operation reports, physical therapy notes, notes pertaining to injections received, or progress reports
  • A copy of the front and back of your insurance card.

*Please send all the information together at one time (not separately) or else your case will not be reviewed.
*Enclose a self-addressed envelope to enable us to return your films. Please note, printed material will not be returned.
*DO NOT INCLUDE THE ONLY COPY OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS/FILMS.
